Norman Road
London.
A bold, textured commercial workspace that draws on the building's music-studio past to shape a confident creative future.
Bold, textured, and full of character, the space celebrates where the building came from while setting the tone for where it is going.
Sharer Studios was appointed to design the landlord areas of this striking commercial office development, bringing a considered and characterful vision to a building steeped in creative history.
The building's former life as a music studio sits at the very heart of the design concept. Rather than erasing this heritage, the brief called for celebrating it, weaving the raw energy and soul of the original warehouse into a forward-thinking office environment that feels as cool as it does considered. The result is a space where the past and future exist in confident dialogue.
From material choices that nod to the building's industrial roots, to design details that reference the rhythm and culture of music, every decision was made with heritage in mind. The landlord areas, shared corridors, communal spaces, and circulation zones, become an experience in themselves, setting the tone for the creative businesses that call the building home.
Bold, textured, and full of character, this is a workspace that knows where it came from, and exactly where it's going.
